As a Senior Business Analyst/Product Manager, you are responsible for solving problems and answering questions on existing system behavior and system enhancements/fixes. You will also create and maintain system specification documents, test plans, and test artifacts. You should be able to work both independently and with teammates, and enjoy digging into reports, data, and files to analyze and solve problems/answer questions. 

You will:

  • Analyze user stories, technical design, and business logic
  • Participate in story estimations and collaborate on approach ideation
  • Participate in system implementation projects (e.g., requirements documentation, system configuration, test documentation or execution, issue identification, and resolution)
  • Oversee functional test plans and acceptance criteria
  • Execute and analyze core system functional tests
  • Perform analysis and document data mappings for external system integrations
  • Analyze, triage, and help answer escalated UAT and production issues and questions
  • Assist with internal training and release elevation
You have:
  • A bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, engineering or business-related fields
  • 6+ years of experience as a business system, product, technical, or data analyst
  • 6+ years of software system development experience, with primary focus in cloud technologies (preferably AWS)
  • 4+ years of experience working in an agile team; familiar with JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience with SQL, Linux, data comparison and analysis, and API documentation tools
  • Ability to independently analyze complex data-centric issues and communicate possible root causes
  • Desire to dig into problems and collaborate with product owners, other analysts, and developers to resolve complex system issues
  • Ability to work with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
