Role Overview 

The Senior Client Solutions Director (CSD) is responsible for expanding existing Financial Services accounts and identifying new revenue opportunities within untapped business units. This role is a strategic partner to clients, leveraging MAS Global’s full range of capabilities to drive long-term value and revenue growth. 
 

Key Responsibilities 

Client Engagement & Business Growth 

  • Develop and nurture trusted relationships with business and technology executives, positioning MAS Global as a strategic partner, not just a service provider. 

  • Identify high-value opportunities within existing accounts and pursue new business units to expand MAS Global’s footprint. 

  • Craft tailored, proactive pursuit strategies that align MAS Global’s expertise with client business objectives. 

  • Lead consultative discussions to educate client executives on MAS Global’s capabilities and differentiated value proposition. 

  • Drive account expansion by introducing new services, solutions, and delivery models aligned with client needs. 

Strategic Sales & Deal Execution 

  • Lead complex sales cycles, leveraging industry insights, consultative selling techniques, and MAS Global’s flexible commercial models. 

  • Develop compelling value propositions, proposals, and executive presentations to secure new engagements. 

  • Utilize market research to identify and present strategic business cases for new pursuit targets. 

  • Negotiate win-win contracts that align with client goals while driving strong Total Contract Value (TCV) and Gross Margin (GM) for MAS Global. 

  • Leverage MAS Global’s financial flexibility (e.g., volume-based incentives, strategic partnerships) to maximize deal success. 

Performance & Success Metrics 

  • Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed Realized Revenue, TCV, and Gross Margin (GM) targets. 

  • Client Expansion: Drive new business within existing accounts, penetrating new departments and business units. 

  • Diversification: Increase MAS Global’s tech and delivery capabilities within deals sold. 

  • Brand & Market Positioning: Expand MAS Global’s presence and influence within the Financial Services sector. 

  • Executive Relationship Development: Establish and maintain high-value, long-term partnerships at the C-suite and VP level. 

Qualifications & Experience 

  • 10+ years of experience in a consultative sale, client solutions, or business development role, preferably in technology services, digital transformation, or consulting. 

  • Strong technology and business acumen, with the ability to translate technical solutions into measurable business value. 

  • Proven track record of selling premium, outcome-driven professional services (not commoditized offerings). 

  • Hunter mindset: Demonstrated success in driving complex sales processes with a structured, disciplined approach. 

  • Experience closing enterprise TCV deals ranging from $1.5M – $10M+. 

  • Comfort and experience engaging C-suite executives (CIO, CTO, CDO, COO) and navigating complex decision-making environments. 

  • Entrepreneurial drive: Ability to rally internal teams, create compelling sales artifacts, and take initiative.
