How you will make an impact 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst with exceptional English proficiency who can also effectively act as a Product Owner within our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of business processes and product ownership principles.

You will:

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
  2. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  3. Lead requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and meetings to elicit, analyze, and prioritize business needs.
  4. Define, document, and maintain product backlogs, ensuring they are well-groomed, prioritized, and aligned with business goals and strategic objectives.
  5. Work closely with development teams to clarify requirements, provide guidance, and support the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the agile development process, promoting best practices and identifying opportunities for optimization.
  7. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate feedback sessions to validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and expectations.
  8. Actively participate in sprint planning, review meetings, and retrospectives, contributing insights and feedback to enhance team performance and delivery outcomes.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert on business processes, industry trends, and emerging technologies, providing valuable insights and recommendations to drive informed decision-making.
  10. Mentor and coach junior business analysts, sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and fostering a culture of learning and development within the team.
You have:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  2. Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Analyst in a software development environment, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  3. Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and experience working in agile development teams.
  4. Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly and effectively.
  5. Demonstrated ability to act as a Product Owner, including experience managing product backlogs, defining user stories, and prioritizing feature development.
  6. Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, data analysis, and requirements management tools.
  7. Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  9. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  10. Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) and/or Agile (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.
