What You’ll Do
Design, develop, and deliver AI training programs tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
Conduct workshops, hands-on labs, and webinars on topics like machine learning, generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and AI ethics.
Partner with internal teams and external clients to identify skill gaps and create customized learning paths.
Continuously update training content to reflect the latest in AI trends, tools, and frameworks.
Evaluate training effectiveness and improve content based on participant feedback.
Collaborate with delivery teams to embed training into broader digital transformation efforts.
What We Look For
5+ years of experience in AI, data science, or related roles, with proven experience in delivering technical trainings.
Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts and hands-on experience with tools such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills—able to teach both technical practitioners and business stakeholders.
Experience designing curriculum or instructional content (bonus if using tools like Articulate, LMS platforms, etc.).
