Who You Are
You are an experienced Power BI Developer with a strong background in data modeling, dashboard development, and ETL processes. You’re passionate about turning data into insights and love working with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver impactful reporting solutions.


You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience working with Power BI and data visualization tools.

  • Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power Query, and DAX.

  • Experience with data modeling, building dataflows, and ETL development.

  • Solid knowledge of SQL for querying and data transformation.

  • Familiarity with tools like DAX Studio, Tabular Editor, Microsoft Fabric, and ALM Toolkit.

  • Ability to design and implement visually compelling and insightful dashboards.

  • Strong understanding of data governance, quality, and performance optimization.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work with business and technical stakeholders.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience integrating Power BI with other Microsoft technologies.

  • Familiarity with Azure Data Services and data warehouse concepts.

  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in sprint-based teams.


What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and define KPIs.

  • Design, build, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.

  • Create and maintain robust data models and ETL pipelines.

  • Utilize DAX and Power Query to implement advanced calculations and transformations.

  • Support data validation, documentation, and deployment of Power BI solutions.

  • Help maintain version control and governance practices using tools like ALM Toolkit.

  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
