You are a senior-level .NET MAUI developer with deep experience in mobile application development and modernization. You bring strong technical expertise in C#, .NET, and cross-platform architecture, along with a solid understanding of performance, scalability, and user experience.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior .NET MAUI Developer, you will be part of a dedicated MAS Global team supporting the modernization and expansion of enterprise mobile applications for one of our key global clients. You’ll lead by example — setting development standards, contributing to architecture decisions, and ensuring technical excellence across the team.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI (C#) for iOS and Android.

  • Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.

  • Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs, Azure services, and enterprise back-end systems.

  • Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and QA engineers to deliver robust and intuitive user experiences.

  • Participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies, and release cycles, promoting best practices in coding and testing.

  • Ensure compliance with security, usability, and performance standards.

  • Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements using tools like Azure DevOps and Git.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and provide post-release support.

  • Mentor mid-level and junior developers, fostering a culture of technical growth and excellence.

What You Bring

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of professional experience with .NET, C#, and XAML development.

  • Hands-on experience with .NET MAUI or Xamarin.Forms (including migration projects).

  • Strong understanding of MVVM architecture, dependency injection, and asynchronous programming.

  • Experience integrating with RESTful APIs, Azure Functions, and enterprise back-end systems.

  • Proficiency in Git, Azure DevOps, and Agile development methodologies.

  • Solid understanding of mobile app lifecycle management, including App Store / Play Store deployment.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across distributed teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Azure Functions, SignalR, or Cosmos DB.

  • Familiarity with MAUI Blazor Hybrid apps or native interop.

  • Experience with mobile testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or App Center.

  • Background in manufacturing, field operations, or enterprise-scale mobile apps.
