Who We Are

At MAS Global Consulting, we’re a high-performing digital engineering firm that helps leading organizations—from startups to Fortune 100 companies—build scalable, high-quality software solutions. Our distributed teams deliver end-to-end digital transformation through innovation, collaboration, and strong technical expertise. We’re growing fast and looking for passionate professionals who want to make an impact.

About the Role

The Design Systems team enables quality, consistency, and efficiency across every product experience — from the app and web platform to communications and visual identity.

As the company scales through its FY26 visual identity rollout, we’re looking for a Design System Designer (L6) to help build, refine, and maintain the components, tokens, and documentation that designers and engineers rely on every day.

You’ll work closely with lead designers and engineers to deliver accessible, pixel-perfect components in Figma, and partner across teams to ensure smooth implementation. This is an opportunity to go deep into system craft — shaping the core design foundations while collaborating with a world-class, multi-surface product team.

Core Responsabilities

● Component & Token Design

  • Build and refine Figma components for the core design libraries (mobile + web).

  • Translate the evolving visual identity and design tokens (color, type, motion, spacing) into scalable, production-ready components.

  • Improve and maintain consistency and accuracy across mobile and web design systems.

● Documentation & Collaboration

  • Create and update component documentation, usage guidelines, and examples in Figma and Notion.

  • Partner with engineers to test and validate parity between Figma designs and coded components.

  • Contribute to governance and QA initiatives that ensure system clarity and quality.

● Cross-Functional Support

  • Collaborate with feature design teams to support app redesign work, web migrations, and localization needs.

  • Help identify and resolve component gaps or inconsistencies during rollout across surfaces.

  • Participate in design reviews and component audits, surfacing quality or accessibility issues.

● Accessibility & QA

  • Apply accessibility best practices to all system updates.

  • Support audits, testing, and documentation to ensure WCAG 2.2 compliance.

Partner with Design and Engineering teams to perform QA and validate implementation fidelity.

Must-Have Qualifications

  •  4+ years of product design experience, with at least 1–2 years focused on design systems or design infrastructure.
  • Strong command of Figma libraries, including variants, components, and token structures.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver clear, scalable component systems across web or mobile (React / React Native preferred).
  • Working knowledge of design-to-dev workflows and comfort collaborating with engineers.
  • Keen eye for visual and interaction detail — able to uphold quality while balancing speed.
  • Familiarity with accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.1+).

Nice-to-Have
  • Familiarity with Tokens Studio, Zeroheight, or Storybook.
  • Experience working within large, complex product ecosystems.
  • Curiosity about AI-assisted tooling (e.g., Figma Make, ChatGPT, Claude) for documentation or generation.
  • Interest in motion, localization, or theming systems.
