You balance the technical and the human side of delivery—motivating your teams while ensuring alignment with client goals and business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
1. Delivery Oversight
Manage end-to-end delivery for assigned accounts or projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
Coordinate onboarding, staffing, and team performance in collaboration with senior delivery leaders.
Support governance activities such as project reporting, burn rate tracking, and QBR preparation.
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities, escalating when needed.
Partner with sales and leadership to provide delivery insights that inform proposals and account plans.
2. Account Retention & Growth
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders to strengthen engagement and long-term retention.
Identify incremental growth opportunities and share insights with account and delivery leadership.
Support proposal development or renewals by contributing delivery data, cost estimates, and staffing plans.
Ensure exceptional client experience through consistent communication and delivery excellence.
3. Financial & Operational Awareness
Manage project budgets and resource allocation to align with profitability goals.
Maintain awareness of utilization, cost drivers, and billing accuracy.
Collaborate with finance, recruiting, and talent teams to ensure staffing supports delivery and financial objectives.
Provide project-level reporting and forecasting to delivery leadership.
4. Team Health & Leadership
Lead, coach, and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth.
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and career development conversations for your delivery teams.
Drive clarity of expectations and create space for feedback and professional development.
Support MAS’s people-first culture by promoting balance, inclusion, and engagement across teams.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in software delivery or project management within consulting or digital engineering environments.
Proven experience managing cross-functional, distributed teams in agile environments.
Strong client-facing communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly.
Understanding of delivery metrics, team capacity planning, and financial fundamentals.
A growth mindset, curiosity, and a desire to continuously improve delivery processes and outcomes.
