Senior Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide and mentor cross-functional teams within a manufacturing-focused environment.

Who You Are:
You are an Agile practitioner with a passion for helping teams deliver business value. You have extensive experience in leading IT and software projects in manufacturing environments and thrive in coaching teams, resolving conflicts, and driving Agile maturity. Experience in or around Monterrey, Mexico, is preferred, and exposure to the automotive supply chain is a bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple global cross-functional teams on various projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Help the Product Owner and development teams achieve business value through Agile adoption.
• Coach development teams in self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Identify impediments and blockers, track them, and help remove them.
• Support Sprint goals & PI OKRs through planning, estimation, and Agile tools.
• Facilitate cross-functional team ceremonies, including increment planning sessions, to support development and product releases.
• Mentor Product Owners on backlog health, dependency management, and release planning.
• Foster Agile CoE objectives by coaching leaders and Scrum Masters in lean practices.
• Identify pain points and bring practical solutions to improve team performance.
• Exhibit strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
• Promote a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Partner with stakeholders, vendors, and dependent teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Contribute to Agile Transformation initiatives and share best practices within the Agile community.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years of experience leading IT projects, preferably in manufacturing environments.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP).
• Strong understanding of Agile techniques, including User Stories, ATDD, TDD, BDD, CI/CD, automated testing, Agile games, etc.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English (B2+/C1).
• Ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and focused under distraction.
