Overview 

The Sales & Marketing Director is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing account relationships. This key role will spearhead the development and execution of strategic sales plans, lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, and foster long-lasting partnerships with clients in need of technology services with nearshoring requirements. 

Accountability Metrics 

  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals and continuously monitor performance. 

  • Leadership and Team Development: Lead the sales and marketing teams, providing mentorship and development to optimize performance. 

  • Client and Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and manage client relationships to expand business reach and client base. 

  • Strategic Marketing Oversight: Oversee marketing strategies and campaigns that effectively promote the company’s value proposition and align with business objectives. 

  • Reporting and Strategic Insights: Regularly provide comprehensive reports to the executive team on sales, market trends, and strategic opportunities for innovation. 

Key Responsibilities 

Sales Strategy and Planning: 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate target markets and achieve revenue goals. 

  • Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify growth opportunities within the target sectors. 

  • Set sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics for the sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives. 

  • Use CRM and sales management tools to track sales performance, adjusting strategies to ensure target achievement. 

Business Development and Account Management: 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, and leveraging existing networks. 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target commercial accounts. 

  • Understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. 

  • Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. 

Sales Team Leadership: 

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team capable of achieving ambitious targets. 

  • Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to drive continuous improvement. 

  • Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment that upholds our core values, particularly "Growth mindset" and "Accountability." 

  • Provide leadership, motivation, and support to the sales team, celebrating successes and addressing challenges. 

  • Implement effective sales incentive programs and recognition initiatives to drive performance. 

Reporting and Analysis: 

  • Forecast sales performance, monitor metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management. 

  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies and resource allocation. 

  • Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, tools, and techniques to enhance team productivity and effectiveness. 

Strategic Marketing Oversight: 

  • Marketing Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the company’s offerings and unique selling propositions. 

  • Brand Alignment: Ensure that all marketing materials and campaigns are consistent with the company’s brand identity and values. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Ideally, the candidate for the sales director position should have experience in either financial services or healthcare/life sciences.
  • Minimum of 10 years of successful sales management experience in the Tech services industry. 
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales technology tools. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions. 
  • Alignment with MAS Global's core values and commitment to exceptional customer service. 
  • This role is client-facing, so it is expected to have a 25% to 50% travel component on average per month, as commercial needs arise, to visit clients, host or attend events.
  • ​​​While the ideal locations for applicants include Florida, Texas, Chicago, New Jersey, and Atlanta, we are open to considering individuals from other cities who meet all the necessary criteria.

Compensation: 

  • $300K (On target earnings)
