Who You Are
You are a proactive, curious, and resourceful Talent Sourcer who thrives on finding exceptional talent. You enjoy digging deep into multiple platforms, identifying passive candidates, and engaging them with personalized outreach. You are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping build diverse teams.
You work well independently, but you also value collaboration with Recruiters and Hiring Managers. You’re adaptable, data-driven, and always looking for new sourcing strategies to improve your results.
What You Will Do
Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, ideal profiles, and sourcing strategy.
Build and execute sourcing plans for technical and non-technical positions.
Use advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, social media, job boards, referrals, etc.) to identify qualified passive and active candidates.
Engage candidates with tailored messaging and nurture long-term talent pipelines.
Conduct initial qualification conversations when needed and hand off candidates to Recruiters.
Maintain accurate candidate data and pipelines in the ATS.
Track sourcing metrics and share updates with the Talent Acquisition team.
Stay up to date with market trends, talent availability, and sourcing best practices.
Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives when needed.
What You Bring
1–3+ years of experience as a Sourcer or Recruitment Specialist, ideally in technology environments or consulting.
Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates.
Strong skills in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English
Strong organization, time management, and prioritization abilities.
A passion for providing a positive candidate experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Nice to Have
Experience sourcing technical roles (software development, QA, DevOps, cloud, data).
Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing automation tools.
Talent mapping or market research experience.
