Who You Are
You are a skilled Data Engineer with a strong foundation in database management, ETL pipelines, and performance tuning. You are analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating reliable data infrastructure to support business intelligence and decision-making.
 

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience managing SQL databases, designing schemas, and optimizing queries.

• Expertise in ETL processes, data integration, and data pipeline automation.

• Proficiency with SSIS packaging and working with Visual Studio for data projects.

• Strong understanding of data modeling and performance optimization techniques.

• Familiarity with tools such as Autosys, SQL Server, ZappySys, and TortoiseSVN.

• Ability to troubleshoot complex data workflows and implement best practices for data quality and consistency.

• Experience working in collaborative environments with business and technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to cloud-based data solutions and modern data platforms.

• Experience supporting BI teams with curated data models.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and maintain scalable and reliable ETL processes.

• Manage and optimize SQL databases for performance and stability.

• Collaborate with analysts and BI developers to define data requirements.

• Create and maintain data pipelines using SSIS and other integration tools.

• Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

• Use tools like Autosys to schedule and automate workflows.

• Support documentation and version control of data assets with tools like TortoiseSVN.
